Das Heft stellt Mieter:innen und ihr Zuhause vor, berichtet \u00fcber Orte und Initiativen, die das Leben in den GESOBAU-Kiezen bereichern, informiert \u00fcber Themen, die f\u00fcr Mieter:innen wichtig sind \u2013 von Sperrm\u00fcll bis zum klugen Umgang mit Wasser. <\/p>\n<p>\u201eHallo Nachbar\u201c erscheint vier Mal im Jahr in einer Auflage von 48.000 Exemplaren. Ausgew\u00e4hlte Themen werden zudem auch auf einer Microsite ver\u00f6ffentlicht und vertieft.<\/p>\n<p>Die GESOBAU ist eines der sieben landeseigenen Wohnungsunternehmen in Berlin und gibt rund 100.000 Berliner:innen ein Zuhause. Sie betreut rund 47.500 Wohnungen und 800 Gewerbeeinheiten in Pankow, Marzahn-Hellersdorf, Reinickendorf, Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf und Mitte. Die Ausgabe \u00fcber die sch\u00f6nsten Tage der Berliner hat als Coverstory das Thema Hochzeit.<\/p>\n<p>Das Cover mit dem ungew\u00f6hnlichen Bildschnitt bildet einen sehr guten Eyecatcher und f\u00fchrt direkt ins Thema ein. Sehr gute Kombination aus Foto und Headline.<\/p>\n<p>Fotografie: Sehr gut werden die Szenen rund um die Hochzeit gezeigt: Wie ein Br\u00e4utigam umringt von seinen Freunden eine Zigarette raucht und eine Braut umgeben von ihren Feundinnen auf die weiteren Ereignisse wartet.
